CANCELLATION POLICY: • Any cancellation made with 72 hours notice prior to the reserved date, will not be charged. • Any cancellation made with less days than those listed above, ie less than 72 hours notice, involves cancellation charges, equivalent to one day of lodging, plus hotel tax. • For customer reservations without arrival (No Show): If the client is not present in the hotel and not previously canceled their reservation established in advance, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the charge will be applied in accordance with established policies for cancellations.
